To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

Too big

I love the sandal, it’s confortable, running and trekking is nice and easy, unfortunately I followed an advised to take a size a big bigger and it s a mistake I regret. I would say to take not as big as your size maybe a bit smaller.

Very very fragile and poor strap design

My first pair broke at the Y suede junction after two years of quite intensive use while the sole was still in perfect condition. Great customer service. They send me another pair. But the last one broke about 6 months after roughly 500km at the rubber loop maintaining the toe strap. This is very disapointing. I also want to complain about the strap design which I find to be very hard to tigthen correctly between too loose and too tight but that might be due to my low volume feet. Also the upper sole material in contact with your feet is very slippery when it gets wet so the sandals become unusable when it is rainy.

Good, but Made in China

The product is actually quite good, but it's much too expensive for something Made in China. I got it on sale for half the price, and at that price, it's acceptable.
