To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

La taille est correcte, l'accroche sur sols boueux est bonne grâce aux crampons. Par contre l’espace de la chaussure aurait pu être plus large au niveau des tête metatarsienne (zone hallux valgus) Mais j'apprécie bien mes chaussures !

Great show and fantastic customer service

These are replacement shoes for my first pair, which were not completely waterproof. When I contacted customer services, they were very helpful and advised me that I was within the 24 month warranty period. They gave very clear instructions as to what I needed to do under the warranty to receive replacement shoes. The shoes are comfortable and totally waterproof. I'm very happy with the shoes and with the customer service.

not satisfied

I am not convinced of the material of the shoe, so I sent it back and am now waiting for my refund. I haven´t heard of the xero shoe shop for about 14 days since I sent the shoes back. So far, the customer service is unfortunately poor. An E-Mail has also not been answered yet....
