I had to make an exchange for a larger size. My usual size was not wide enough and pressed on the side of my little and big toes. My feet are not very wide.
The exchange was a bit cumbersome, with Schenker and Xero giving different responses as to options for the return shipment pick up. Leave it outside your door, turned out not to be an option without an official Schenker return slip (valid for only three days, sent to you by email only).
I also needed to have my own printer to be able to hand the parcel in, again wishing a 3 day window. Without arranging my own printing of label, I would have to wait at home on a specified day, for the Schenker driver to arrive with a label and take the parcel off my hands.
Please find a way to pop a return slip in the box from now on. Thank you.
I am very happy with the actual shoe, now that it has arrived and it fits me!
