Great

Being in my 40s and having had foot pain for the last couple of years, I thought my basketball days were over. The barefoot revolution has given me a second chance. Using these I get no foot pain whatsoever after playing, and they feel natural for me to move and jump in. Not as barefoot feeling as I expected having used barefoot shoes already for walking so I hardly notice the transition. The only small negative is that the grip isn't great for outdoors, probably best for just indoor use.

Sizing too big

Unfortunately i bought number 42 but my real size in theese shoes il half less so.. they feel a bit strange i don't know .. 🤷&#55356;

Good but don’t breath

For the most part the shoe is great. Fits well, comfortable and since I use them for cross training I appreciate not feeling every rock on the ground when running is part of the workout. However, and it’s kind of a big one, the shoes don’t breathe and feet get really hot. Especially for a shoe that’s marketed as a sports shoe this is a big oversight.

Great feeling but bad grip

The shoe feels great to run and jump in. I was affraid of playing basketball in a barefoot shoe but everything feels good. Only negative is a very bad grip. Tried it on a lot of different courts. I guess Xero still needs some more r&d for a good indoor sole material.

Comfortable yet true to barefoot shoes

Felt great, even on my first wear. Takes some getting used to the wide toebox but looking forward to seeing how these improve performance. Only downside is the traction on dusty courts. I play on a dusty court and could very quickly feel them start tot get slippery. A non translucent outsole paired with a grippier outsole pattern could make this the ultimate performance basketball shoe!
