We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

Nice shoes and good customer service

I bought a pair last year, but they developed some unusual tear. So Xero send me a new pair right away. I just had to send them a picture and the guarantee kicked in. I can recommend Xero to everybody!

Trust broken over forced repurchase for larger size

I ordered the Xero Ridgeway Mesh Low in size EU 44 (US 10.5) based on all measurements—it seemed perfect on paper. In reality, the big toe hits the front even before breaking them in. When I contacted support, I was told I must buy a whole new pair in a larger size, then return the unworn ones for a refund. That feels like a deliberate scam—forcing customers to double outlay funds and return items only afterwards. This entire process seems deceptive and unfair.
