With a new 10mm FeelTrue® sole, rugged dual chevron tread which includes 3.5mm lugs, and an embedded TrailFoam™ layer for added comfort and protection, the new Xcursion Fusion was designed to provide even more grip and control without sacrificing the ground feel and feedback you’d expect from Xero Shoes.

We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

Bilan mitigé

Après deux ans d’utilisation régulière en montagne, j'ai assez de recul pour donner mon avis. Je note une bonne semelle accrocheuse, et une chaussure assez chaude en hiver pour marcher dans la neige, et trop chaude pour l'été. Comme toutes mes paires de chaussure de montagne, elles étaient étanches au début, mais plus du tout après quelques mois d'usage. Le principale soucis est la respirabilité de ces chaussures. Je n'ai pourtant pas tendance à transpirer mais elles accumulent l'humidité sans l'évacuer, tout en étant en matière synthétique, la recette infaillible pour avoir des pieds qui puent et des chaussures infréquentables! La semelle est encore bonne, mais en l'absence d'étanchéité et surtout avec cette odeur impossible à éliminer malgrés plusieurs tentatives, je vais probablement les jeter.

comfortable and lightweight

Very comfortable and lightweight. Just what I was looking for for my field work as a biologist. I've only had my Xero shoes for three days but they seem perfect!

Comfortable and stylish

I have these shoes for about a week. They are very comfortable and good looking. The quality from the first look is very good. I did not had chance to test waterproof feature yet. One minor thing is that the shoe tongue is attached to the shoe a bit too high, which causes it to kind of go out when lacing the hooks, so I always have to manually tuck it in. I think if it would be attached a bit lower it would automatically fit in proper place when lacing the hooks. Otherwise I am very happy with the shoes! 5 out of 5 🙂
