How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

How do I exchange or return my shoes?

If you are looking to exchange your shoes for another size, color, style, or return them for a refund, you can find step by step instructions through the link below:

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Dillon in the washing machine or dryer.

I’m using the shoes for almost two weeks and it feels like walking shoeless, I have no regrets purchasing my Xero Dillon, I inly regret that I did not find it earlier, looking forward seeing online a brown Glenn in size 45, that I can buy as a next experience :)! All the best! Csaba

Très Belles et Confortables

J'ai pris les grises (métal), avec ma taille normale elles étaient bien trop étroites. Il a fallu que je les renvoie pour prendre une demi taille au dessus. Et là pas de problèmes, elles me vont. Je les trouve très belles, légères et confortables. On sent à peine qu'on les a aux pieds. Merci Xero pour ces superbes chaussures !

Nice materials, but kind of narrow

Compared to the Zelen, it's a bit narrow, so my pinky toes and my big toes press against the sides (even though frontal clearance is ample), causing skin irritation and foot pain

Comfortable and good quality

No real complaints other than that the laces are a bit long. Mine were true to size, got a size 43 which fit me well and that's what I use on other shoes.
