Excellent healthy form, my favorite so far for casual and fitness, and for asphalt run

The very thin sole makes you feel every small stone on gravel or trail. I use it to build healthy strong feet again. I need that after long period with Hoka ultrarunning shoes... For long trailrunning i will still use thick sole, but these Xero shoes are now my number 1 for daily fitness and work. I expect to build strong feet back so i am more fit next time i go mountain and trailrunning.

My portal to the wolrd of flat shoes

This is my first pair of flat shoes as I got them with the mindset I was only going to lift weights in them. It felt strange initially, since they feel nothing like a "standard" sneaker due to the flatness and the wide toe box, however in the end of my first workout session I was already sold on them! Looking back at my workout videos I can see how my stability has improved drastically hence my form is enhanced hence the workout is overally more productive.

Super Barfußschuhe

Dies sind die ersten Schuhe, die ich von Xero Shoes erworben habe. Ich bin vom Laufgefühl total beeindruckt, da man hier noch viel mehr vom Untergrund vermittelt bekommt, als bei anderen Herstellern. Da ich selbst noch Probleme mit meinem Hallux habe sind die großen Zehenboxen einen riesigen Vorteil, da kein Druck auf meinen Zehen erfolgt.

Quite impressed by these shoes

It's my first time wearing minimalistic shoes. At first I was doubting but now I am quite impressed by how it feel wearing these shoes. It takes a while to get used to, but it feels great in the end.
