Q: What's different between the Prio, HFS, and Speed Force?

The Prio is our best-selling "do almost anything" shoe -- running, hiking, working out, you name it. With a durable upper, it provides a bit more protection. The Speed Force is our lightest, "most barefoot" shoe. More feedback as you step and a mesh upper that holds like a glove, you get a "barely there" experience. The HFS is lighter than the Prio, more rugged than the Speed Force. The HFS's sole has a new tire tread-inspired sole that's made to handle roads and have extra traction. The huarache-inspired midfoot and instep straps are "hiding" behind a protective welded material. And the lining using "37.5" material, which is designed for extra moisture wicking.

WHAT MAKES THE HFS THE ULTIMATE MINIMALIST ROAD RUNNING SHOE?

Why “HFS?”

Well, it could be for the “Highly Flexible Sole” that lets your foot move naturally, or the face you’ll make when you put it on — “Happy Face Shoe” — or the way you run in it with a “High Frequency Stride”, or what you exclaim when you put it on and feel the comfort and light weight: “Holy ___ ___!”

There are as many possible answers as there are things you’ll do in the HFS.

Natural FIT — a wide toe box lets your toes spread, splay, relax, and function naturally.

Natural MOTION — the HFS is flexible enough to let your feet bend, move, and flex the way, well, that feet are supposed to. The “XERO-drop” design (non-elevated heel) allows for proper posture, and it’s built low to the ground for balance and agility.

Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

What’s different between the 360 ̊ and the HFS?

The 360 ̊ is a protective cross-training shoe for more aggressive exercise and activity.
The 360 ̊’s sole comes with an omni-directional tread for traction while jumping or scaling obstacles.
And the upper has “grip ribs” for effortless rope climbing and extra durability.

The HFS is lighter than the 360 ̊ , with a more breathable mesh for running.
The HFS’s sole has a tire tread-inspired sole that’s made to handle roads and have extra traction.
And the lining using “37.5” material, which is designed for extra moisture wicking.

This is the best pair of barefoot shoes I have ever had. It is soft, comfortable, good quality. I have two pairs of this type a these are not my last one.

Great

Great shoes. Really enjoying them so far. It was quite difficult getting the right size. The website reccomends a half size larger than what you usually are, but for me the half size was still waaayyyyyy too small. I would go a full size more than your usual. The return system is fantastic. Quick and reliable. REally love these shoes. Thanks guys!

Very comfortale and lightweight

I ordered 1/2 size larger than my usual size and my HFS are perfect when worn without the insole, if I add the insole I feel a little too tight. It's the opposite of what happens with my Prio All Day SR that I've bought half a size larger too and they fit me like a glove with the insole but I don't feel secured enough to the foot without it. Anyway great purchase!
