To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

It’s a lie that Xero are uncomfortable shoes to wear!!

I’ve done a few small walks in the woods in these and have to report that they really work! Both the top and the bottom surfaces have a good grip, so full confidence that I’m not going to slip in these. The straps allow for a perfect fit in multiple ways. I am stoked about this purchase (my first Xeros but not the last)!

Very comfortable, high quality and easy to adjust..

Love it. as mentioned, they are very comfortable, high quality and easy to adjust.. The foot is quite secure so I can do some light hiking with them.

Well-made but there is room for improvement.

I have walked around 50 kms in these : -The grip is really good but the insole started wearing off around the heels after just 14kms or so of gentle trail involving mild slopes and some rocky terrain. -The fit was rather easy to achieve, even though required some adjusting for the left foot, where the sandal kept slipping sideways, the big toe often ending up out of it. -The overall comfort is great, the outsole feels durable, I found no unwanted rubbing. -The backstrap isn't well thought in my opinion, as people previously mentioned : the velcro needs to allow for a wider range of adjustments. Having an average foot size, I found it barely ok for me, and I still think there is too much of it sticking out unattached, (and not enough of it being actually attached) even with a loose setting. -As was also mentioned by some reviewers, I have my doubts regarding the ultra-suede pieces holding the foot in place. It feels too thin to have say, a 5,000 miles durability. But I could be wrong... If those issues were to be fixed, I think I'd buy another pair at the price I got them (72€)
